Users

The Users menu allows you to view a list of your company's current team members associated with your account.

To invite new users, you must have the appropriate Permissions assigned to your role.

Think of it like adding contact to your phone. You can fill in the important details of your contacts, like their name, last name, email, and so on, so that you can find them easily on your contact list in the future.

Inviting a New User

To invite a new user, click the blue Invite User button.

When you click the Invite User button, a pop-up will appear where you can enter the necessary information for the user you wish to invite.

You’ll be asked to provide the First Name, Last Name, and Email (which serves as a unique identifier within Trisk) of the user you want to invite.

The Position and Phone fields are optional.

In the Roles field, you can select from a dropdown list of Roles you've previously created.

Users can be assigned one or more roles.

Once a User is added, they will receive a system-generated notification inviting them to log in to Trisk.

On the Users page, each user has an editable card displaying the name, email address, and last login date.

Tip: The last login date is a helpful indicator, especially when someone claims they're "working on it." You can quickly verify the last time they accessed the platform.

If a user hasn’t logged in yet, Trisk will display a clickable Remind to Login link, allowing you to send a reminder email.

Editing a User

By clicking the Edit User button, a pop-up window with three tabs will appear:

  • General Information: In this tab, you can edit the user's personal details.

  • Security Settings: This tab allows you to send the user a password reset link. By clicking the Send Password Reset Link button, the user will receive an email with instructions on how to reset their password.

  • Notifications Management: This tab allows you to manage the notifications the user will receive. The list of available notifications includes:
    • Task Assigned
    • Task Due Date Reminder
    • Task Past Due Notice
    • Task Reassigned
    • Trish
    • Workflow Communication Task
