Reset smart contract instance

/flow_instances/:flowInstanceId/relationships/container_instances/:containerInstanceId/relationships/process_instances/:processInstanceId/relationships/task_instances/:taskInstanceId/reset

If the Smart Contract instance executed with an error it can be reset
