Let’s delve into the exciting new features.

Set Spend Threshold Email Alerts: Keep Your Costs in Check

Budget management is crucial, and Trisk’s latest update helps you stay on top of your spending with Spend Threshold Email Alerts. As a tenant owner, you can now set thresholds for the following:

  • Usage Thresholds: Stay informed about your platform usage.
  • Developer License Thresholds: Monitor the licenses your team is utilizing.
  • Payment Thresholds: Keep track of your upcoming expenses.

Trisk Spend Threshold Alert Overview This design presents an overview of the "Threshold Alerts" within the Trisk platform. Two threshold alerts are shown: one for Monthly Spend with a value set to 500, and another for Active Users set to 10 users. Each alert specifies the type, the threshold value, and the designated recipient, "Michael Brighton." The interface allows the user to edit or delete the thresholds. The background includes sections for Developer Licenses and Payment Methods

This design showcases the "Create Threshold Alert" interface within Trisk. The modal window displays three options for setting thresholds: Active Users, Developer Licenses, and Monthly Spend. Each option includes a brief description of the current status, such as the number of active users, licenses in use, or the projected monthly spend. The user can select one of these options and save the threshold alert.

When a threshold is reached, an email notification will be sent to the designated recipient, ensuring you are always aware of your spending status.

You can also customize the recipients of these alerts. Notifications are sent via Trish if the recipient is online on the platform or to their email if they are offline.

This feature provides peace of mind, ensuring you’re never caught off guard by unexpected expenses. It’s all about giving you control over your budget and helping you manage costs effectively.
