AI Credits: Smarter, More Transparent AI Usage in Trisk

AI Credits – a new way to manage and optimize your AI-powered tools in Trisk. Whether you’re generating reports, creating workflows, or utilizing other possibilities of Trish AI, AI Credits give you greater control and transparency over your usage.

Why AI Credits?

With AI Credits, you now have:

  • Full transparency: Know precisely how AI solutions are used and what they cost.
  • Flexibility: Use your free credits wisely and top up when needed.
  • Better planning: Stay informed and in control of your AI usage without surprises.

How AI Credits Work

Every subscription plan now includes a specific allocation of AI Credits, making it easy to track and manage usage. Here’s how it works:

Monthly Free Credits:

  • Depending on your plan, you’ll receive a set number of AI Credits each month.
  • The Growth Plan includes 10,000 free credits monthly, and the Teams Plan includes 50,000. (Please note that monthly credits are allocated per Workspace, not per individual active user.)
  • If you need more, additional credits can be purchased seamlessly through the Billing menu on the platform. ($9.95 per 1000 credits)

How to:

  • Advanced actions, such as generating reports (50 credits), workflows (20 credits), or forms (20 credits) now consume AI Credits.
  • Everyday actions, like asking basic questions about the platform user experience (“How do I create a tag?”), remain free.
  • New users enjoy credit-free AI onboarding, ensuring a stress-free introduction to Trisk.

Where to Find AI Credits

Keeping track of your credits is super easy:

Billing Dashboard:

  • See your remaining credits at a glance.
  • Track usage history, showing which features consumed credits and when.
  • The platform will send alerts when you’re running low on free credits.

Streamline Support with Effortless Document and Image Sharing

To make your support interactions smoother and more effective, Trisk’s Help Desk* Chat now supports direct file sharing for efficient problem-solving and clear communication. You can attach documents, screenshots, and other files directly, making it easier to explain issues or provide context. All necessary information is centralized and easily accessible. No back-and-forth between platforms—everything you need for efficient communication is now right in the chat.

* Trisk’s Help Desk is a centralized support and communication hub where users can connect with back-office support or other team members to address questions, resolve issues, and discuss workflow-related matters —all within the Trisk platform.

How to Share Files in the Help Desk

There are multiple ways to share files within the Help Desk:

  • Upload from Computer – Click the paperclip icon in the message input area to upload files directly from your device.
  • Attach from Garage – Easily select files stored in your Trisk Garage** for quick access via the same paperclip icon.
  • Drag and Drop – Simply drag your files into the chat window for instant attachment.

Once you’ve added your files, click send, and they’ll be instantly available in the conversation for seamless collaboration.

**The Garage in Trisk is a centralized storage hub where all files uploaded to workflows are saved and organized by clients, departments, and workflow types.   • Image Files – Previews will appear directly within the chat, making visual references instantly accessible.
  • Other Files – Appear as clickable links; When clicked, files that support previews will open directly within Trisk, while unsupported files will open a modal window with a download option.

File Size and Upload Limits
To ensure smooth performance, file uploads have been optimized with clear limits:

  • Attach up to 10 files at a time, with a maximum file size of 300 MB each.
  • If a file exceeds the size limit or too many files are selected, Trisk will display an alert identifying which files need adjustment—eliminating guesswork and keeping your workflow efficient.
