All Actions in One Place – Explore the New Activity History Page

Visibility has always been a strength inside Trisk. Now, we’re expanding it even further.

With the new Activity History page, you can access a unified, filterable list of actions across tasks, workflows, and files. Whether you’re monitoring progress, answering questions, or reviewing outcomes, this update provides the context you need – quickly.

With the new Activity History page, everything is now in one place.

Real-World Examples

Accounting Firm | Client Follow-Up Tracker
A senior accountant wants to confirm whether a financial disclosure form has been submitted and approved. Instead of checking individual tasks, they use Activity History to see who submitted it, when, and whether it was exported—all in one view.

Consulting Team | Workflow Delay Investigation
A project manager notices a delay in a multi-stage onboarding workflow. In Activity History, they trace each task’s completion timeline to identify exactly where progress paused and resolve it with the right person.

Legal Team | External Audit Evidence Collection
During a third-party audit, a legal operations manager needs to demonstrate that all contract reviews were conducted in accordance with the firm’s approval policy. Instead of gathering screenshots or email confirmations, they open Activity History to see exactly who reviewed each document, when it happened, and what was accessed—no manual digging, no last-minute prep.

Why It Matters

Tracking activity across workflows, files, and tasks is core to maintaining transparency, client trust, and internal accountability. With this update, professional service teams can now:

  • Track team activity without relying on email threads or file timestamps
  • Respond faster when clients ask, “What’s the status?”
  • Investigate delays or missing steps without asking multiple people
  • Review task timelines without switching screens
  • Ensure workflows are progressing exactly as intended
  • Prepare for internal audits or reviews
  • Maintain a clear, centralized audit trail across all workstreams

This update provides firms with a single source of truth, ensuring accountability, compliance, and confidence at every stage of the workflow.

Introducing Organizational Knowledge

Now Trish AI Understands Your Firm’s Rules—Not Just the Task

Your firm already runs on clear policies, approval logic, and internal standards. Now, Trish AI puts that knowledge to work—delivering faster, more accurate results from day one.

With the new Organizational Knowledge tool, you can provide information about how your business operates—like policies, guidelines, and best practices. Trish will automatically reference this information across forms, workflows, email triage, and more.

Most AI tools assume that every business operates in the same way. Trish doesn’t. Our AI assistant learns your rules and adapts, so you don’t have to repeat yourself or fix generic outputs.

The result? AI that thinks like your team and works the way you already do.

What’s New

You’ll now find a new section in the Main Menu, under Trish AI → Organizational Knowledge, where you can:

  • Create structured Knowledge Blocks with key business information
  • Write them manually, or upload a document and let Trish split it into blocks
  • Easily update or expand blocks as your business evolves
  • Enable “Use in AI” per block to make it available for suggestions, reviews, and automations

How It Works

1. Open Trish AI → Organizational Knowledge

Click “+ Add New Block” to write key information manually or use “Create Blocks from Document” to upload existing files (e.g., policies, audit checklists)

2. Trish will scan the file/text and split it into logical Knowledge Blocks

Choose whether to replace your current blocks or add new ones alongside existing content. You’ll see clear categories like “What the Company Does,” or “Form Review Logic.”

3. Check the “Use in AI” box

This activates the block as referenceable intelligence for all Trish AI–powered features

4. Edit, expand, or remove blocks anytime.

You control what Trish knows—and how she uses it.

📌 This tool is available on the Teams Plan only

📌 Supported upload formats: .pdf, .png, .jpg, .txt, .xlsx, .docx

📌 “Use in AI” checkbox can be adjusted per block

Real-World Use Cases for Professional Services

Here’s how firms like yours are already benefiting from Organizational Knowledge:

Tax & Accounting:

Before: AI-generated forms needed editing to match firm-specific templates or terminology.
Now: “Form Review Procedure” blocks enable Trish to apply your approval stages and other rules instantly.

Legal & Compliance:

Before: Contract workflows missed some key steps.
Now: Blocks like “Contract Escalation Protocol” help Trish build workflows that match your internal policy.

M&A & Due Diligence:

Before: Data requests from clients varied by deal type and firm structure.
Now: With a block like “Required Docs for Strategic Acquisitions,” Trish builds tailored forms based on the specific deal logic your team uses.

Consulting & Advisory:

Before: Some Email Triage intake workflows needed manual decisions.
Now: If your block says “All budget questions → CFO intake workflow,” Trish routes them correctly—no second-guessing.

Why It Matters

AI That Speaks Your Language

Most AI tools rely on general patterns. Trish goes further—by learning the specifics of how your business runs.

With Organizational Knowledge, Trish doesn’t just generate tasks or forms. She follows your policies, mirrors your internal logic, and respects how decisions are actually made inside your firm.

You’ll get results that are:

• Faster

• More accurate

• Fully aligned with your internal rules

• Ready for client delivery—without rework or double-checking

The more knowledge you give Trish, the more she handles automatically, and correctly.

And we’re just getting started. As more AI features roll out across Trisk, your Organizational Knowledge becomes the foundation for deeper personalization: smarter forms, more intuitive workflows, sharper validations, and even decision-aware automations.

Where It’s Already Making an Impact:

  • AI Form Builder
Trish uses your terminology, required fields, and business logic to generate forms tailored to your workflows—not just your industry.
  • AI Workflow Builder
Whether it’s policy-based routing, custom review paths, or role-specific approvals—Trish builds with your structure in mind.
  • Form Review
Trish flags issues that matter to your firm—like missing required documents, policy violations, or out-of-range values you define.
  • Email Triage
When Trish analyzes incoming emails, she can reference your policies to determine which workflow to launch or which data to extract.
  • Platform Q&A
Users won’t need to phrase things “the Trisk way.” Trish will understand your firm’s language and guide them with your logic.

Each update this month targets a familiar pain: limited traceability, AI that doesn’t quite “get” your firm. Now, those gaps are gone.

From complete Activity History to virtual assistant that adapts to your internal rules—Trisk continues to streamline the work professional teams do every day.

This is how smart automation actually fits your business!
