Tailored Onboarding Based on Your Goals

That’s why we rebuilt our onboarding experience to adapt to your goals, so setup is faster, guidance is more precise, and early wins come sooner.

With this update, new users experience a tailored journey that reflects their priorities from the very first step.

What’s New

Choose Your Goal, Get the Right Flow
New users can now select a primary goal upfront (e.g., Client Onboarding Automation, Process Automation, Contract Management).

The onboarding flow adjusts dynamically based on this choice.

After choosing a goal, you’ll see a visual summary of what you’ll get once onboarding is complete.

First-time users now see a clean, beginner-friendly layout. 

Want more control? Just click “Advanced Interface” at the bottom of the menu to switch to the full power view. You decide how much detail you need.

Not sure how your form will look or behave? Use the “Send to Me” button to test it—just like your clients will experience it.
Once you’re happy with the result, send it to one or many recipients with bulk sending options, personalized links, and automated reminders.

Let OCR Fill in the Form
Skip the manual typing. With OCR paired with AI, your recipients won’t need to enter details from scratch. Trish scans uploaded documents and automatically pre-fills fields like names, dates, IDs, and more—directly on the form.

This saves time, reduces errors, and makes the form easier to complete from the very first step.

Activity Tracking Built In
You’ll receive email alerts when a recipient submits a form, receives reminders, and other status updates—each with direct links to the Activity History. 

Multiple updates are grouped into a single email for clarity.

Clearer Form Actions: “Mark as Ready” and “Launch as Survey” buttons

In Trisk, building structured forms has always been straightforward. Now, we’ve made the final step even easier by renaming two key actions and adding helpful tooltips to guide you with more confidence.

What’s New

We’ve updated the action buttons in the Form Builder to improve clarity:

“Submit” is now “Mark as Ready”
Use this when your form is complete. It will be marked as ready for use in workflows or Surveys and saved under Studio → Forms.

“Launch as Survey”
Click this to start collecting responses by sending the form as a Survey. It works for both internal and external participants: clients, team members, or guest users.

Hover over each button to see a short explanation.
