Activity History: Track When Your Emails Are Opened
When you send important workflow emails—assignments, reminders, etc.—you need to know one simple thing: did they actually read it?

What’s New
Trisk’s Activity History now captures every time an email sent from the platform is opened. Each open event is automatically logged and visible right alongside other actions.
Each open is timestamped, linked to the relevant workflow, client, form, and shown under “All Activities” and the new “Emails” tab in Activity History.
How It Works
Every outbound email from your Trisk workspace now includes secure tracking. When a recipient opens the email, the platform logs that event instantly.
- Every open counts: Each time the message is opened, it’s logged individually.
- Forwarded emails included: If a forwarded email is opened, the open event is still recorded (under the original recipient’s name, not the new viewer’s).
- Clear permissions: Users only see open events they’re authorized to view.

We have always made it easy for users to manage documents and workflows across their workspace. With this update, that experience gets even better.
Some users have access to several client accounts —for example, managing documents for multiple companies or departments they work with. It’s easy to search for a file in one client’s Garage, only to realize it actually lives in another.
Now, Trisk makes that context unmistakable with clear visual cues and smart suggestions. You can instantly see which client you’re logged into and smoothly switch if you need to look in another one—so finding the right files feels effortless every time.
What’s New
Visible Context: The sidebar now displays “Selected Client:” with a green highlight, so you can immediately see which client workspace you’re working in.
Consistent Headers: The client name now appears at the top of the Garage page and its sections, reinforcing where your current files and tasks belong.
Smart Search Suggestions: If a search under one client shows no results, but you have access to others, Trisk’s smart search will suggest searching options.
Click the suggestion, and the platform automatically switches context and repeats your search—seamlessly and instantly.
How It Works
When you log in, you will see your active client name at the top of the left-hand menu and the Garage page.
If you search for a document and no results appear, the platform will show an inline suggestion to search in another client you have access to. Clicking the suggested client name instantly switches you to that client’s Garage and automatically runs the same search there.
It’s a quick way to check another client’s workspace when you can’t find what you’re looking for.

Personal document areas: Users with dedicated roles (like “John Doe”) can easily navigate between their personal and departmental client Garages with full clarity.
